My name is Nadja Mae and I am a tattoo artist, mother and lipedema sufferer from Tübingen, a small town in the middle of Baden-Württemberg. Tattooing has not only been my dream job since I was 14, it is my hobby, passion and a big part of my life. I have been tattooing for 16 years and not long ago I opened a tattoo collective with friends. It is important to me to constantly develop myself and since my lipedema diagnosis I have been trying to find out more about how tattoos can affect those affected. With my lipedema yoga ladies I wanted to process the diagnosis with something positive. To show the strength and beauty of the women affected and that they can be proud of themselves. 🖤
