shipping conditions

The goods are delivered internationally.



shipping costs (including VAT) for deliveries abroad:

Liechtenstein: 19.50€
Switzerland: 19.90€
Europe: 15.50€
International (all other countries non-EU): 29.90€

We only send vouchers via email. Therefore, there are no shipping costs for vouchers.

delivery times

Unless a different deadline is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered domestically (Germany) within 3-5 days, and for international deliveries within 5-20 days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the in-stock items in a separate shipment unless you let us know otherwise when checking out.The outstanding item will be added as soon as it is in stock.
